Highland
Dress
Highland dress is very much a matter of personal preferences when it
comes to choosing the way the kilt is made and how the accessories are
selected. If you can visit
our kilt makers in Aberdeen, you will have the chance to see the many
options open to you. Even
if you cannot visit us in Aberdeen, we can advise you how and what
measurements are required so that we can make it for you and send it to
wherever you are |

Other
Dress
Staff and students of Cardonald College in Glasgow designed an evening
dress and dinner suit for the 2001 Offshore Europe Oil exhibition and
conference at the AECC in Aberdeen.
Some of their other creations included “plus twos”, Bermuda
shorts and waistcoats. The
star of their show however, was the tartan Stetson from their Millinery
department. Cardonald College is widely known for the fashion design it
has carried out for the promotion of the famous Harris Tweed.
Its former students have gone on to work with many of the top
fashion designers such as Vivian Westwood. |
